Refund policy

Returns are considered on a case by case basis:

• Pre-Painted Pieces, Printed Closing and Laser Printed Accessories: These items are generally eligible for returns, provided they are shipped back within 7 days of receipt, unused, unworn and with original packaging. If the return is due to a fault or defect with the product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to a fault, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• Custom Commissioned Designs: Due to their personalised nature, custom designs are non-refundable as they cannot be resold. If you encounter an issue with your commissioned piece, please reach out to us to discuss potential solutions.
